Our History. Our Experience
Max Leo Donzi is a self-made Real Estate expert, who has sold over $10 million in exclusive luxury homes and investment properties throughout all of South Florida. His wealth of experience in international finances and real estate markets has garnered him a well-earned reputation among buyers, sellers, and real estate players. His extensive knowledge in negotiating and fluency in two different languages- English and Spanish—allows for transparency and specialized guidance in closing deals. Always going above and beyond to make sure his client’s security is protected and prioritized is a result of his unrelenting work ethic.
​A Puerto Rico native, son of Cuban immigrants and resident of Miami, Florida since 1998. He Lives sand Loves the Miami lifestyle: a perfect mix of a City and the energy of Beach living. A background in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design shaped his interests in becoming a Realtor Associate in 2001 in Florida. A gifted opportunity to join a RE Company during the process of growth of South Beach. Real Estate was a natural perfect fit for him as it combined the Business and the Design he always craved for. His passion, patience and Perseverance always made him excel in the business. Since then, he has experienced various market cycles which have polished his senses and be able to perceive the right time to enter and exit a market for a profitable investment. His design background aids in envisioning space and making the best use of it.
